Items that will be needed to enroll your child:

v  Birth Certificate

v  Immunization/Shot Records

v  Proof of Residence (current utility bill, signed lease)

v  Social Security Card of Child (optional)

v  Driver’s License of Parent Registering

Pre-Kindergarten
Pre-K (for 4 year olds) is available at certain campuses based
on one of the following needs:

• Child is economically disadvantaged
• Child is a limited English speaker
